Who can use the platform?

Off-Market is built primarily for estate agents. Buyers and sellers can also register and will be connected with an agent to support their property search or sale. Property developers are welcome too.

What are support hours?

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, excluding public holidays. Messages received outside these hours will be answered as soon as possible, usually within one business day.

Can I provide feedback?

Absolutely. Send your feedback to info@off-market.com—we use it to improve the platform and the service we provide.

How does it work?

After you sign up, we’ll send you clear guidance on adding, editing and managing properties. You can also book a demonstration for a guided tour of the platform.

What regions and markets do you cover?

Off-Market supports estate agents, buyers and sellers across the UK.
